If you have LWP/LWG 4.1 and do not already have TN3270 for Windows, but want it, instead download LWP413.EXE.

LWP42D.EXE contains the 11/28/94 update for SLIP/PPP & Windows Dialer.  Provides a Windows "Dialer", an enhancement to the SLIP/PPP support in LWP.  The updated SLIP/PPP driver provides concurrent connections with a LAN and SLIP/PPP.  Several new fixes and features are provided including the ability to be used with Windows Dialer or DOS Dialup from LWP, or with some 3rd party communication software.

LW42N2.EXE; Pre-compiled BWNFSD daemons -- 5-16-98/22:51p
LW42N2.EXE contains ver. 3.2A (compiled) of the Beame & Whiteside Network File System Daemons for many UNIX systems.  These daemons are provided as a public service from Novell and Beame & Whiteside and can be used as an upgrade to the existing LAN WorkPlace NFS Client 3.0, which is based on the Beame & Whiteside NFS Daemons (v3.0x).  Periodically, Novell will update versions of the daemons in LW42N2.EXE.  LW42N2.EXE supersedes LWP42N.EXE.

LW42A2.EXE is the latest maintenance patch for LAN WorkPlace DOS Applications and is recommended for all LAN WorkPlace for DOS 4.2 and LAN WorkGroup 4.2 sites.  LW42A2.TXT contains many fixes and improvements for the LAN WorkPlace and LAN WorkGroup DOS applications.  It supersedes LWP42A.EXE.  May also be used with LAN WorkPlace 4.1 and LAN WorkGroup 4.1.

LW42W2.EXE is the latest maintenance patch for the LAN WorkPlace and LAN WorkGroup, Windows Applications and is recommended for all sites with LAN WorkPlace 4.2 or LAN WorkGroup 4.2.  Includes numerous fixes and new features which were not included in LWP42W.EXE which it supersedes.  Also, now re-includes the national language DLLs from LWP188.EXE for French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.

NWCMOD.EXE: Modem Scripts 7/22/97 -- 5-16-98/22:51p
NWCMOD always contains the newest modem scripts for NetWare Connect, LAN WorkPlace 5 & 4.2, and LAN WorkGroup 4.2.  It currently contains AIOMDMS1.MDC, AIOMDMS2.MDC and NLABSMDM.MDC dated 7/22/97. NLABSMDM.MDC contains all modem scripts specifically certified by Novell Labs.  Also included are MODEMS.TXT (a list of modems contained in these files), TSHOOT.TXT (some modem script troubleshooting tips) and MWAVE.TXT (special info relative to the configuration of an MWave modem).

[UPDATED: 1996/03/25] TCP16.EXE is the latest maintenance patch for the client TCP/IP protocol stack.  It contains the latest fixes for Novell's 16-bit Client TCP/IP protocol stack.  Files which are no longer associated with this protocol stack remain available via LW42T3.EXE.
