The packets collected by LANalyzer may be stored in binary form in trace files.  This appendix describes the naming conventions used for these files and explains how to interpret their contents.

NMSGDE.EXE, NMS Solutions Guide -- 5-15-98/22:52p
NMSGDE.EXE is a WP5.1 document containing the "NetWare Management System Solutions Guide" which is a comprehensive listing of applications and products which interoperate with the NetWare Management System. NLA001.EXE; NetWare LANalyzer Agent Fixes -- 5-15-98/22:52p
NLA001.EXE for NetWare LANalyzer Agent 1.0, fixes a problem in the segment maps, where the IP addresses were not being displayed for stations on a token ring segment, and provides other fixes for NetWare LANalzyer Agent running in a token ring environment.

LZWDMO.EXE;  LANalyzer for Windows Demo Disk -- 5-15-98/22:52p
LZWDMO.EXE contains the demo software for LANalyzer for Windows and NetWare LANalyzer Agent.  It requires Windows 3.1.  However, no network adapter is required.

mwlanz.exe: 2142067 bytes
MWLANZ.EXE; ManageWise Update -- 5-15-98/22:52p
This is a new version of MWLANZ.EXE (1/11/96).  It is much like the earlier version, with the primary difference that it includes NetWare LANalyzer Agent 1.10a which will work with "NetWare 4.1 SFT III" servers.   Secondarily, removed and unused adapters will now be handled more "gracefully".  The features and fixes in the prior MWLANZ.EXE are carried over.  Novell recommends that ManageWise 2.0 owners download MWLANZ.EXE.
