In the 6/4/93 release of WP Office 4.0 for Windows, out of memory errors   could occur when trying to run other applications after loading Office.   This .DLL corrects this problem.  The .DLL file must be named OF40CRTL.DLL   and replace the file of the same name installed in your OFWIN40 directory.   This .DLL should be applied only to the 6/4/93 release of WP Office 4.0 for   Windows.  It will be incorporated into any subsequent interim releases of   the product
