BorderManager Enterprise Edition 3.0 DS Utils -- 8-17-99/20:30p
When trying to configure the BorderManager Enterprise Edition 3.0 product in NetWare Administrator (NWADMN), the following error may appear, and the configuration changes may not take effect:
BSCOV ... Unable to Update NDS attributes (-614).
NOTE: These NLMs were designed for use with BorderManager 3. They are not
guaranteed to perform the same function on BorderManager 2.1. These utilities
help system administrators. They are provided free of charge as a courtesy, and
therefore, are not Novell supported products.

These files are being released ONLY for the following purpose:
For Netware 5 and BorderManager 3 - if you are adding 128 bit encryption support into an NDS tree which uses only 40-bit encryption (i.e. International or Evalutaion versions of Netware 5), then you must first delete all security objects from NDS.
You must use the Netware 4.11 DOS utility NETADMIN.EXE to delete the security objects.
These files are the same as the ones in Netware 4.11 (prior to Support Pack 6). filt01a.exe: 64924 bytes Firewall Template for BorderManager -- 8-17-99/20:30p This patch is created to provide common filter exceptions, which will allow certain types of TCP/IP services in and out of the Firewall. bmtcpe02.exe: 336774 bytes TCP/IP(Export) for BorderManager 3.0 EE -- 8-17-99/20:30p This file contains a new TCPIP.NLM Export Version (v5.02) that runs on all LAN (NetWare 5.0 and 4.11) and WAN platforms running BorderManager 3.0 EE. It has not been tested on servers NOT running BorderManager 3.0 EE.

The Novell BorderManager VPN client software allows a workstation to communicate securely to a network protected by a Novell VPN server over the Internet. The Novell VPN server must be running Novell BorderManager Enterprise Edition 3 or 3.5 VPN software. Refer to the Virtual Private Network Configuration and Management guide at www.novell.com/documentation for details on installing and configuring your VPN server and VPN client software.
This file is the same VPN Client software included with BorderManager 3.5.
This client will work with both BorderManager 3.0 and 3.5.

This file contains updates for all services contained in the BorderManager Enterprise Edition v3.0 (BMEE 3.0) - Exportable Version box. The purpose of the Support Pack is to provide a bundle of fixes that are all tested together. It is not recommended to install individual files from the Support Pack.
These files have undergone component testing, core OS testing, and integration testing with other Novell products. The translated readme files are located in the root directory.
