ManageWise Application Manager lets you manage applications as "objects" in the Novell(R) Directory Services(tm) (NDS) tree. This gives you the luxury of installing and managing applications from a central point of administration rather than maintaining individual user workstations. Users access the applications you set up for them using the Novell Application Launcher(tm) product, which displays clickable icons for all available applications in a window or in the various parts of Windows* Explorer.
