Steps to Reproduce Problem

  1. Set the Intel FAXability software version 1.0 driver as the default printer in the Microsoft Windows Control Panel.
  2. From the File menu in Works for Windows, choose Print, then choose OK. The FAXability software dialog box should now be displayed.
  3. Choose Close from the FAXability software dialog box. The FAXability software will display the message: "Cancel the Current Fax?"
  4. Choose Yes from the FAXability message box. FAXability will display a "Now Printing" window and the page numbers indicated will go on indefinitely.
There is a Close button on the Now Printing window; however, it will not work at this point. The only way to recover is to reset the application by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL (any unsaved data will be lost).
