Error message when you try to send mail from the Groove Enterprise Management Server (EMS): "The page cannot be displayed" (922188)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to send mail from the Groove Enterprise Management Server (EMS), you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
The page cannot be displayed.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when EMS cannot find Microsoft Outlook Express. The problem may occur if you cancel installation of Outlook Express when you install Internet Explorer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, reinstall Internet Explorer and make sure that the installation of Outlook Express finishes.
