The "Created on" value and the "Created by" value are blank for some workspaces in the workspace statistics that are reported by Groove Management Server (922164)

INTRODUCTION

In the workspace statistics that are reported by the Groove Management Server, you may notice that the Created on value and the Created by value are blank for some workspaces.

MORE INFORMATION

The Created on value and the Created by value are blank if one of the following conditions is true:
  • The workspace is created by a user who is not a managed user at the time the workspace is created.
  • The workspace is created by a user who is outside the reporting domain.
