SYMPTOMS

Items in a Microsoft Outlook calendar may not appear in Groove Virtual Office 3.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, follow these steps:
  1. Start Outlook.
  2. In Groove, turn off and then turn on Publish All Events to Outlook.
Note This method resets synchronization between Outlook and Groove. If synchronization is already working correctly, items that have already been synchronized may be affected when you turn synchronization off and then on.
