In the Advanced Project Toolset of Groove Workspace 2.5 and 2.1, you can print reports.

In Groove Workspace 2.1, the report printout is truncated if the fields contain too many characters. This problem occurs because the column widths increase to accommodate all the characters. When the column widths increase, some columns are pushed out of the printable area. If you cannot fit all the columns on a landscape-oriented page, you cannot print the whole report.

In Groove Workspace 2.5, the printed report includes all the data. Column widths are set to fit all the columns across the configured page orientation (landscape or portrait) for letter-sized paper. The column heights are extended as necessary to accommodate the text in the reports.

For Groove Virtual Office 3.x, development work on Groove project tools is discontinued. Instead, Groove Virtual Office Project Edition includes the TeamDirection Project tool and the Dashboard tool. There is no direct equivalent of a report in Groove 3.x, but both of these tools contain print functions.
