INTRODUCTION

This article discusses the permissions limitations in the Meetings tool in Groove Workspace 2.5 and Groove Virtual Office 3.x.

MORE INFORMATION

The Groove Meetings tool does not use standard Groove permissions. Regardless of what role is assigned to a member of a workspace, that member can add entries in the tool.

In Groove Workspace, all members can also delete entries.

In Groove Virtual Office, members who have Guest permissions cannot delete entries that are created by other members.
