All the appointments are missing when you open the calendar in Works Suite 2002 (920286)

SYMPTOMSWhen you open the Microsoft Works Suite 2002 calendar, all the appointments are missing.CAUSEThis issue occurs when the Mswkscal.wcd calendar file is missing or damaged.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, follow these steps. Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
- Exit Works.
- Click Start, and then click My Documents.
- On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
- On the View tab, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
- Click Start, and then click Search.
- Click All files and folders.
- Type *.wcd in the All or part of the file name box.
- Click Search.
- Expand Documents and Settings, expand All Users, expand Application Data, expand Microsoft, and then expand Works. Right-click mswkscal.wcd, click Rename, and then change the file name to mswkscal.old.
- Expand Program Files, expand Common Files, expand Microsoft Shared, and then expand Works Shared. Right-click wkscal.wcd, and then click Copy.
- Right-click mswkscal.old, and then click Open Containing Folder.
- On the Edit menu, click Paste.
- Right-click wkscal.wcd, click Rename, and then change the file name to mswkscal.wcd.
