SYMPTOMS

When you start a computer, the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop for Bluetooth keyboard is not detected.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the BIOS of the computer does not enable the USB emulator feature.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, you can enable or disable the USB emulator feature in the BIOS settings of the computer. To do this, make sure that the computer BIOS supports the USB emulator feature.
