The Lotus Notes Protocol Handler Add-in for Windows Desktop Search lets you run an index-based search of Lotus Notes e-mail messages that are locally stored on your computer. After you download and install this add-in, your locally-stored Lotus Notes e-mail messages are indexed by Windows Desktop Search when your computer is idle or when you click Index Now. After the index is updated, you can immediately search your Lotus Notes e-mail messages.

Note This add-in indexes e-mail messages that are contained in Lotus Notes client versions 5.x and 6.x.
