The contacts list in the Meetings tool of a toolset may show contacts that are no longer available in the toolset (917240)

SYMPTOMS

The contacts list in the Meetings tool of a Task & Meeting Management toolset or an Advanced Project Management toolset in Groove may show contacts that are no longer available in the toolset.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when you delete the whole Contacts tool. The contacts that are available only through that tool will be listed in the Meetings tool until you leave and then re-enter the workspace.

When you delete a contact from the Contacts tool in the toolset, that contact immediately disappears from the list of available contacts in the Meetings tool.
