How to reenable Groove integration with Microsoft Outlook and with Lotus Notes in Groove Workspace 2.5 and in Groove Virtual Office 3.x (917229)

To reenable Groove integration with Outlook and with Notes after you remove Groove, follow these steps.

Note Follow these steps if did not enable Groove integration when you first installed Groove.

1. Exit Groove, Outlook, and Notes.
2. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
3. Locate the disk on which you installed Groove. Then, type one of the following commands, and then press ENTER:
   • If you are using a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or Microsoft Windows XP, type the following command:

     cd \program files\groove networks\groove\bin

   • If you are using a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows NT, type the following command:

     cd \progra~1\groove~1\groove\bin

4. Type regsvr32 GrooveOnRamp.dll, and then press ENTER. A window appears that indicates that the GrooveOnRamp.dll file has been registered.
5. Restart Groove, Outlook, and Notes.

Sometimes, you may have also to reenable the Groove toolbar in Outlook. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Start Outlook.
2. On the Tools menu, click Customize.
3. On the Toolbars tab, click to select the Groove Export check box.
