INTRODUCTIONThis article describes what you should consider when you reassign the minutes-taker function to another participant after the minutes-taker for a meeting goes offline in Groove Workspace and in Groove Virtual Office.MORE INFORMATIONIn the Groove Meetings tool, you can reassign the minutes-taker function after the active minutes-taker goes offline. Make sure that you inform the original minutes-taker, and make sure that the two minutes-takers coordinate their saves.
If the original minutes-taker saves edits to the minutes, these saves are still accepted. The last saved minutes overwrite the previous saved minutes.
Note If the original minutes-taker saves minutes when he or she is offline, that save takes effect when he or she comes back online in Groove.
