This article describes the Full Text search functionality in Groove.

MORE INFORMATION

Starting with Groove Virtual Office 3.0, you can use the Find menu command on the Edit menu to perform Full Text searches. You can use the Full Text search functionality with several tools. For example, you can perform Full Text searches in the following locations:
  • The Message history
  • The Discussion tool
  • Chat transcripts
As in Groove Workspace 2.5, you can also search through the records in the Forms tool in Groove Virtual Office.

Note You cannot use the Full Text search functionality to find items in different tools or in different workspaces.
