SYMPTOMSIf you use a 56-kilobytes per second (KBps) modem to access Groove Workspace or Groove Virtual Office over a dial-up connection, programs that you use in Groove may stop responding (hang). CAUSEThis issue may occur if the connection speed is slower than 56 KBps. MORE INFORMATIONGroove requires a minimum connection speed of 56 KBps. If you are using Groove over a 56-KBps connection, Groove may function more slowly than you would expect. If the connection speed drops below 56 KBps, you may experience significant performance issues, such as the behavior that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section. Typically, the actual speed of a dial-up connection is slower than the maximum speed of the modem or the maximum speed that is indicated by the Internet Service Provider (ISP). To see the actual speed of your connection, rest the pointer on the connection icon in the notification area.
