The default value of the Direction property is set to Outgoing in the Fax dialog box after you change it to Incoming in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (914147)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Customization functionality to change the default value of the Direction property from Outgoing to Incoming, the default value for the Direction property in the Fax dialog box is still set to Outgoing.

This problem occurs in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
