Xbox 360: You cannot join a system link game in Halo 2 (911200)

SYMPTOMS

You cannot join a system link game in Halo 2.

CAUSE

The cause for this behavior is unknown.

THINGS TO TRY

  1. Download the Halo 2 autoupdate.
    1. Have the host delete the game session.
    2. Re-create the game session.
    3. If you have access to Xbox Live, sign in to Xbox Live on each console, and then download the Halo 2 autoupdate.

      Note You can trigger the autoupdate by having the Halo 2 disc in the disc tray when you sign in to Xbox Live.
