This WebCast will discuss the Offline Address Book Version 4 features and improvements. This version was introduced in Microsoft Outlook 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2).

This is a Level 200 session presented by Tom Moore and Greg Mansius.

Tom Moore started with Microsoft in 1992, supporting Microsoft Excel for Windows. He has also supported Microsoft Office setup and Office program interoperability. Tom is currently a support engineer for the Microsoft Exchange Client/Server Infrastructure team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Greg Mansius is a technical lead in the Microsoft Exchange Client/Server Infrastructure (XCSI) specialty. He has supported Exchange and Microsoft Outlook for four years, and he has supported Microsoft Office setup and Microsoft Excel for seven years. His recent activities include beta support for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Service Pack 2 (SP2) and in-house training development and delivery for Outlook 2003, Outlook 2003 SP1, and Outlook 2003 SP2.
