An S-video input option is available when you configure the TV signal by using a set-top box in Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 (905930)

SYMPTOMS
When you configure the TV signal by using a set-top box in Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, an S-Video input option is available on the Select a Working TV Signal page. The S-Video input option is available even though your TV tuner does not have an S-video connection.
Additionally, you receive the following error message after you select the correct input option on the Select a Working TV Signal page:
Tuner not found
These symptoms occur if you previously selected the incorrect input option on the Select a Working TV Signal page.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, follow these steps: - Close the error message, click Back two times, and then click Next.
- After Windows XP Media Center Edition detects the tuner signal, click the correct input option on the Select a Working TV Signal page.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
