Help files may not open when you press F1 in Windows Embedded Point of Service (905876)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Windows Embedded Point of Service (WEPOS), Help files that have the .hlp extension may not open when you press F1. Typically, Help files automatically open when you press F1.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Winhlp32.exe file may not be included in the WEPOS image.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, download and apply the WePOS-KB905876.exe software update. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

Note You must restart the computer after you apply this software update.
