Errors in Pre and Post Assessment Questions in Core Training for Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 (905225)

When taking the Pre and Post Assessment quizzes in the Core Training for MIcrosoft PowerPoint 2003 in the Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 Collection one of the answers is incorrect.  After completing the quizzes and clicking on "Show My Score," one question is incorrectly scored.

CAUSE

There is one question in both the Pre and Post Assessment quizzes that is incorrectly scored. The questions that are incorrectly scored are question 18 in the Pre Assessment and question 17 in the Post Assessment.

In these two questions it is a "Select All Answers that Apply" on the Print Dialog box in PowerPoint 2003. The correct answers for the question are A, B, and C. After selecting "Show My Score," this question is marked incorrect if A is selected along with B and C.

STATUS

This is an known issue with the Pre and Post Assement quizzes in the Core Training for Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 course. Microsoft will not issue a fix for this issue. Please be aware when using this course that the users score will not reflect the correct score and should be noted to the user.
