SYMPTOMSYou create a custom view in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. However, the custom view that you created is not displayed in the Custom View Organizer dialog box.RESOLUTIONHotfix informationHow to obtain the hotfixThis issue is fixed in the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Post-Service Pack 2: Rollup Hotfix Package . For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 898457 Description of the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 post-Service Pack 2 hotfix package For this hotfix to work, you must use MFCMAPI to delete PR_FOLDER_VIEWLIST (0x36EB0102) from the Inbox folder. This forces Outlook 2003 to recompute the list of views and to recache it in the property. Alternatively, you can use \Cleanviews. This deletes all existing views, but any new views will not have this problem. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
