SYMPTOMS

When you play a training video in the Learning Center of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 - A Century of Flight, the audio part of the training video plays as expected. However, the video part is blank or plays with visualization.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the training video is playing by using an incorrect file type.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player.
