SYMPTOMSWhen you try to sign up for ADP Payroll in Microsoft Office
Small Business Accounting, you may receive the following error message:
An error has occurred on the bCentral server. Notice has
been sent to the Web site manager. Please click Cancel to close this message
and try again. CAUSEThis problem may occur because you are not using valid Microsoft Passport Network credentials. Or, this problem may occur because a flag is set on your bCentral account.
Note Passport Network credentials include the e-mail address and the password that you use to sign in to the Passport Network.RESOLUTIONTo verify that you are using valid Passport Network credentials,
visit the following Microsoft Web site: If
you confirm that you are using valid Passport Network credentials, these credentials must be linked to your bCentral account. Visit the following
Microsoft Web site to view any pending action items:
If
you notice a flag on your bCentral billing account, click Customer Support to contact bCentral Customer Support for help. A flag may be set on your bCentral account if a software subscription expired or if your credit
card information expired. If your credit card information expired, bCentral Customer Support must obtain
current credit card information from you before you can continue.
