How to configure Money to use the Passport Network credentials that you use to sign in to Money (899624)

INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to configure Microsoft Money to use the Microsoft Passport Network credentials that you use to sign in to Money.

Note The Passport Network credentials are the e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to the Passport Network.

If you have more than one set of Passport Network credentials, you can change the Passport Network credentials that you use to sign-in to Money.

Note You may have configured Money to use online services, such as MSN Money Synchronization or MSN Bill Pay. To continue to use these online services in Money, change the Passport Network credentials in these online services also.

To change the Passport Network credentials that you use to sign-in to Money, follow these steps:
  1. Start Money.
  2. On the File menu, click Password Manager, and then click Change.
  3. Click Change to a different Passport, and then click Next.
  4. Click Disable this Passport for use in Money, and then click Next.
  5. Type the new Passport Network e-mail credentials in the appropriate boxes, and then click Next.
  6. Click Finish, and then wait for the Passport Network change process to be completed.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Quit Money.
