List of issues that the service pack fixes
InterConnect 2004 SP2 fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
You cannot use the drag a contact to a Contact group in InterConnect 2004When you drag a contact to a Contact group in InterConnect 2004, the contact information is not copied to the Contact group. This issue may occur after you install security bulletin MS04-038.

New features in InterConnect 2004 SP2
InterConnect 2004 SP2 introduces the following new features:
- Microsoft Outlook 2002 compatibility Microsoft InterConnect 2004 is compatible with Outlook 2002 after you install InterConnect 2004 SP2.
- Microsoft Outlook Express compatibility InterConnect 2004 SP2 supports Outlook Express as the default mail client if Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2002 has been installed.
- Improved Microsoft Outlook integration InterConnect 2004 Service Pack 2 lets you send business cards from Outlook.
- Improved communication flexibility InterConnect 2004 Service Pack 2 lets you send InterConnect items to others without first exchanging business cards.

Removal information
There is no option to remove this download using the Add or Remove Programs tool in Control Panel. To remove Interconnect 2004 SP2 from your computer, you must remove Outlook 2003 and then reinstall Outlook 2003 from your original Outlook 2003 CD-ROM.

Features for reinstalling specific components for administrators
If you update your administrative installation point and recache and reinstall InterConnect 2004 on client computers, you can run a command line that includes the
REINSTALL=[list of features] property.
