SYMPTOMSYou are using Web client computers that are running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or Microsoft Windows XP. When you run a shadow session between two Web client computers by using Terminal Services, the shadow session is disconnected.CAUSEThis problem occurs because the security check code on the client computer assumes that the data is of fixed size.RESOLUTIONWindows Server 2003 hotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing.
