How to use the Call Me feature to join a meeting in Live Meeting 2005 (896382)

INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to use the Call Me feature in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005. When you are an attendee, the Call Me feature lets you join the audio part of a meeting.

To use the Call Me feature, follow these steps:
  1. Join the meeting in Live Meeting 2005 as an Attendee.
  2. On the Audio menu, click Join Conference Settings.
  3. Click to select your Country or Region.
  4. Under Call me at, type the telephone number where you want Live Meeting 2005 to call you.
  5. Click Join Conference.

    Note You cannot join the audio part of the meeting until after the Presenter or Leader has joined the meeting.
  6. Wait to receive the telephone call for the meeting.
