Canadian addresses are not correctly displayed in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2 (896168)

SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2, you can click Get Directions to link to the Microsoft MSN MapPoint Web site where you can view directions and maps. However, when you type a Canadian address, Canadian addresses are not correctly displayed. Multiple results are displayed, even if the address that you type is complete and correct.
This issue occurs in the following scenario. You type a Canadian address on an account. You click eResources, and then you click GetDirections.RESOLUTIONMicrosoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.
