CAUSE This issue may occur if you do the following: - First you install Microsoft Office 2003 together with the Spanish proofing tools.
- Then you install a Microsoft Office 2000 program together with the Spanish proofing tools.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, reinstall Office 2003. To do this, follow these steps. Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
- Close all Office programs that are open.
- Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
- In the Currently installed programs list, click Microsoft Office 2003 or another installed Office 2003 program, and then click Change.
- On the Maintenance Mode Options page, click Reinstall or Repair, and then click Next.
- On the Reinstall or Repair Office page, click Detect and Repair errors in my Office installation.
- Click to select the Restore my Start Menu Shortcuts check box, and then click Install.
- If you are prompted to restart your computer to finish the
installation, click Yes.
