SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start the Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005 Operator console, you receive an exception error message that resembles the following: MOM.UI.OPSCONSOLE.EXE.EXE - Common language runtime debugging services Application has generated an exception that cannot be handled This problem occurs if the following conditions are true: - You start the MOM 2005 Operator console on the computer that is running MOM 2005.
- MOM 2005 is running on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer.
RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing.
