SYMPTOMS

When you use an Epson Stylus Photo printer to print a Microsoft Digital Image document, the printer settings are not retained every time that you print a document. You may notice that this issue occurs even though you have configured the printer settings to print the same way every time.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, configure the printer settings every time that you try to print a document.
