SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the Find command in Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia, you receive the following error message:
Page Cannot Be Displayed.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if one of the following conditions is true:
  • The Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) is damaged.
  • A program is installed on your program that affects the performance of the MSXML components. For example, you may receive this error message if a spyware program is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of the MSXML 4.0 service pack.
