SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the Find command in Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia, you receive the following error message:

Page Cannot Be Displayed.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if one of the following conditions is true:

The Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) is damaged.
A program is installed on your program that affects the performance of the MSXML components. For example, you may receive this error message if a spyware program is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of the MSXML 4.0 service pack.

After you install the latest service pack for MSXML 4.0, restart your computer, and then start Encarta Encyclopedia.
