SYMPTOMS
After
you apply Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2, you notice that Data Transformation Services (DTS) packages
fail with an unspecified error. This problem occurs when you use Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server, and the version is 2000.85.1117.0. This version of Microsoft OLE DB Provider
for SQL Server is installed by Microsoft Data Access Components 2.8 Service Pack 1 that is included with Windows XP Service
Pack 2.
You receive the following error message:

OnError: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_1, Error = -2147467259 (80004005)
Error
string: Error at Destination for Row number <RowNumber>. Errors
