- The paragraph that comes before the text that prints two times is formatted as hidden text.
- The paragraph that contains the text that prints two times and the previous paragraph both have ActiveX controls, such as a check box, next to them.
- The ActiveX controls are not anchored to the paragraph that they are next to. Instead, the ActiveX controls are anchored to the previous paragraph.
- Styles in the document are applied by using a Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications macro.
RESOLUTIONHow to obtain the hotfixThis issue is fixed in the Word 2002 post-Service Pack 3 Hotfix Package that is dated November 19, 2004. After you install this hotfix, follow the steps that are listed in the "More Information" section of this article to set the SmartLongTablesLayout registry key and to activate the hotfix. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
