The I Agree and Next buttons do not appear on the EULA screen when you try to install Works Suite 2005 (888558)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to install Microsoft Works Suite 2005, the I Agree and Next buttons do not appear on the End User License Agreement (EULA) screen. Instead, only the Exit Setup button appears on the EULA screen.CAUSEThis issue may occur if you use Large Fonts or Extra Large Fonts for your font size in Display Properties in Microsoft Windows.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use one of the following methods, and then complete the installation of Works Suite 2005. Method 1: Microsoft Windows XP- Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
- Click Appearance and Themes.
- Click Display.
- On the Appearance tab, in the Font size list box, click Normal.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click Advanced.
- On the General tab for the DPI settings, click Normal.
- Click OK.
Method 2: Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) and Microsoft Windows 98- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Display.
- On the Appearance tab, in the Font size list box, click Normal.
- Click OK, and then click Control Panel.
Note After the installation is complete, change the settings back to what they were before. If these steps do not resolve the issue, review the EULA, and then press CTRL+A to accept the agreement.
