You cannot use the mouse to open the Hardware component on the Help screen in Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 (885991)

SYMPTOMS

When you open Help in Microsoft Media Center Edition 2005, and then you click Hardware, nothing happens. You cannot open the Hardware component by using the mouse.

Note To open Help in Media Center Edition 2005, click Settings, and then click Help.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use the Media Center Edition remote-control device instead of the mouse to select Hardware on the Media Center Help screen.
