SYMPTOMSWhen you click a hyperlink to open a Microsoft Office Visio 2003 file that is located on a secure Web site, such as an HTTPS site that is using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection, you receive the following error message: The page cannot be displayed. RESOLUTIONHow to obtain the hotfixThis issue is fixed in the Visio 2003 Hotfix Package that is dated October 21, 2004.
