Importing a COBOL definition and choosing the "Use Link programming model" option does not set the value of the IsLink property to True in Host Integration Server 2004 (885650)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Host Integration Server 2004, after you create a new Transaction Integrator (TI) project and import a COBOL host definition, if you choose the Use Link programming model option in the Import COBOL Wizard, the value of the IsLink property of the new method is not set to True.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, you must select the newly created method in the TI project, and then modify the IsLink property to reflect the value of True.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
