To obtain the e-mail addresses and the company names of the attendees who view a recording, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to the My Home page in Live Meeting 2003.
  2. Under Manage, click Recordings.
  3. Click Show All to display all your recordings.
  4. Next to the recording that you want to modify, click Edit.
  5. On the Recording Details page, click Ask for email and company name under Extended Registration, and then click Submit.
