How to download a recording of a Live Meeting (885319)

To download a meeting recording, follow these steps:

1. Type the following text in a browser window where companyname is the name of your company, and then press ENTER:

   http://www.livemeeting.com/trial?promocode=3618companyname/home/

2. Type your information in the Your User Login box and in the Your Password box, and then click submit.
   
   Note You must log on as an account administrator or as the meeting organizer to download recorded meetings.
3. Under Manage, click Recordings.
4. Under Edit, click edit for the Recording ID that you want to download.
5. Under Available, click Download File for the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Replay Web conference that you want to download, click Save, select a location for the file that you downloaded, and then click Save again.

Note The Live Meeting recording file will play in Microsoft Windows Media Player and will no longer have the appearance and behavior of Live Meeting.
