SYMPTOMSStatus Summarizers in the Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) Administrator console indicate that there are status messages to view. However, when you right-click a Status Summarizer, point to Show Messages, and then click All, the SMS Administrator console does not display status messages. The drive letter:\Sms\Inboxes\Statmgr.box\Retry folder contains one or more Microsoft SQL Server query files (.sql). The Statmgr.log file contains entries that are similar to one of the following two examples. Statmgr.log example 1$$<SMS_STATUS_MANAGER><date time time zone><thread=2264 (0x8D8)>
