Cannot upload files without a valid UploadURL parameter in Live Meeting (873114)

SYMPTOMSYou cannot upload files to the PlaceWare server without a valid UploadURL parameter.CAUSEThis problem occurs when the PlaceWare Slide Uploader ActiveX control plug-in does not have Safe for Scripting and Safe for Initialization set in the registry.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem remove and re-install the Slide Uploader plug-in. To remove this plug-in, use one of the following methods: Method 1: Netscape 4.7x- Start Netscape.
- Click the Edit menu, click Preferences, expand Advanced, and then click Smart Update.
- Locate and then click to select PlaceWare Slide Uploader.
- Click Uninstall.
Method 2: Netscape 4.06-4.6x- Click Start, click Programs, click Accessories, and then click Windows Explorer.
- Locate and then click to select the \Program Files\Netscape\Communicator\Program\Plugins\PlaceWare\SlideUpload\ folder.
Note The exact path name depends on the location of the Netscape installation on your computer . - Press the DELETE key.
- Start Netscape.
- Click the Edit menu, click Preferences, expand Advanced, and then click Smart Update.
- Locate and then click to select PlaceWare Slide Uploader.
- Click Uninstall.
Method 3: Microsoft Internet Explorer 4, 5, or 6- Click Start, click Programs, click Accessories, and then click Windows Explorer.
- Locate and then click to select the \Windows\Downloaded Program Files\ folder.
- Right-click PlaceWare Presentation-Upload Control, and then click Remove.
- If you are running Microsoft Windows NT, log off to finish removing the program.
- If you are running Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98, then follow these steps:
- Click Start, click Shutdown, click Restart, and then click OK.
