INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to insert streaming audio into your Microsoft Office Live Meeting so that the attendees can listen to the audio part of the meeting on their computer.

To insert streaming audio information into your Live Meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to your Live Meeting account as the meeting organizer.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click Meetings under Manage.
  3. On the Manage Meetings page, locate your meeting, and then click the Edit button for the meeting.
  4. On the Meeting Details page, click Edit for Advanced Meeting Options.
  5. On the Advanced Meeting Options page, under Streaming Media Custom Frame, click Enabled, and then type the URL for the audio part of your meeting in the URL box that is listed under Attendee.
  6. Click Submit to save your changes.
  7. On the Meeting Details page, click Done.
