SYMPTOMSWhen you view a presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint 2004
for Mac, you may see unexpected animation effects.CAUSEThis problem occurs if you applied animation effects to the
master slide in the presentation.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, remove any animation effects
from the master slide. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start PowerPoint 2004 for Mac, and then open the
presentation that you want to edit.
- On the View menu, click
Master, and then click Slide
Master.
- On the Slide Show menu, click
Custom Animation.
- Under Animation order, click the text or
the object that you want to change, and then click X to delete
the animation effect.
- In the Description box, verify that the
animation effect is deleted, and then click OK.
