The Active Directory Users and Computers and Sites and Service snap-ins generate a Dr. Watson user .dmp file (841332)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to open either the Users and Computers or the Sites and Service snap-in in the Active Directory directory service, the Dr. Watson diagnostic tool starts and records a user .dmp file. The Microsoft Management Console (MMC) does not open as expected, and you do not receive an error message.

CAUSE
